Understanding & Expanding Executive Presence

Ask leaders to articulate the specifics of executive presence and you are likely to get a myriad of responses. At its core, executive presence reflects a leader’s ability to engage, align, inspire, and move people to act.  Such ability is paramount to individual and organizational success. 
Looking at the behavior science around why some are willingly followed, and others are not, we are able to more clearly define where leaders should focus. 
In this interactive session, ETHOS will assist participants learn why intellect alone rarely leads to desired results.  Leaders in attendance will focus on recognizing and growing executive presence components.
They will better grasp how to project a reassuring image, take control of difficult and unpredictable situations, balance confidence with humility, actively listen, and communicate with impact in all directions.
