Leading in a Virtual & Remote Modality

Even though a team may have experience working together in an office, when they begin to work remotely, the technology and distance create unique challenges. ETHOS, 'Remote Leader 360' targets a specific set of skills and behaviors that are necessary for operating in the remote environment.
When a participant understands how their behaviors in these areas are impacting their career, they will be better able to make the right behavior changes for positive and impactful leadership.

The leader must develop the skills to lead the team and team members must learn to operate as integral components of the team through the following three stages:
