Concepts of true leadership within professional environments have changed dramatically in recent years.  Unlike previous times where leaders were often followed simply because of status or title, today’s game-changers rely on a distinct set of communication skills to inspire others and deliver progress, especially within a virtual dynamic. 

In order to have others willingly follow them, leaders must be adept at “human-to-human” connections.  ETHOS will assist participants to learn why failing to communicate properly will lead to low morale, low productivity, and sub-optimal performance. 

We will explore proven communication techniques for enhancing professional relationships and fostering a climate of success.

  • Aligning words with tone and body language. Learn what signals are sent through tone and non-verbal cues that is paramount to the success as a leader and communicator.
