The FIRM Fitness Assessment (FFA) is an automated discovery tool, created by a team of subject matter experts with over 200+ years of executive experience.

The assessment identifies the health of an organization across several functions and roles, from individual contributors to C-Suite executives. It also looks at business disciplines including leadership, management, processes, and culture. The output of the FIRM assessment can be broken-down using functional/business areas, as well as role level.
 
The outcome is the FIRM Fitness Assessment Report that includes:
  • Detailed insight into what functional/business areas needing improvement. 
  • An identified and prioritized list of areas  for improvement.
  • Created narratives on what areas are broken and create a strategy how to fix each.
  • Identify communication disconnects and misunderstandings between functional/ business areas.
  • Recommendations of where to start with improvements, based on discovery.
