‘Modeling the Way’ fosters an understanding and outlines best practices within the discipline of Consistent-Centric Leadership and emphasizes modeling disciplines and a behavioral paradigm shift.

​There is a high calling as a leader. Not many of you should become leaders because you know that we who lead will be held to a higher standard. 
Those who aspire to leadership are more highly visible than others due to the great influence leaders and teachers wield. Your work effort, words, and actions carry a greater weight than others who are not in a leadership position. If a leader compromises, they can possibly take many people down with them. 

​Our ETHOS ‘Modeling the Way’ session will position leaders and coaches for a calling of excellence in each facet of life, both personally and professionally.
 
Key concepts covered in the session include:
