Assessments & Coaching

ETHOS provides a variety of proprietary assessments, each with its own set of specific competencies, that target strategic areas of focus. They include the Core Leadership survey, the Interpersonal Success Inventory, the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the Remote Leader 360. The surveys also offer unique versions for Executives, Managers and Individual Contributors so they behavior questions are relevant to the specific role of the participant.
