Diversity & Inclusion


Diversity and Inclusion can no longer be an after-thought. It is foundational to a thriving culture of excellence. ETHOS advocates 3 imperative pillars which are vital to an inclusive, rich organization of diversity and inclusion.

First is to connect and bridge. It’s important to acknowledge the shared humanity within your organization. When we connect and bridge, we are expressing an openness to changes within ourselves.
Next is forging relationships and bonds to other individuals like you in some important way. The catalyst for this is recognizing and acknowledging common ground that we have in each other.
Last, is the belonging to a society we are striving toward each day. An open and inclusive organization will include each of its members as inside our environment of belonging.

Associates play an important role in reinforcing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion. You are expected to:
  • Continue to foster an open dialogue.
  • Always seek to understand differences.
  • Treat everyone like you want to be treated.
  • Do not exclude others because of their differences.
  • Find common ground to bond and solve problems.
  • Embrace the different qualities of others.
  • Ongoing respect for your peers and gain their trust.
  • Incorporate mentors who will help hold you accountable.
