Scrum


ETHOS Center of Excellence has taken Scrum to a whole new level. We have created a drop-in system based on Scrum software development principles which we’ve applied to hard goods. This lightweight hardware development process can be designed and implemented in less than 60 days! Here's how we do it:
Our Approach 
  • Discovery - identify our client's top challenges, which includes employee interviews and a report-out of findings
  • Training - familiarize the team on Scrum basics, roles, rules, etc.
  • Process Development - partner with client to conduct a Kaizen, document the new process, and prepare for implementation
  • Implementation - rollout out process and begin work

We also have a collection of customer feedback strategies (Voice of the Customer ) that help organizations truly discern what their customers want and expect. These strategies are an optional add-on that work hand-in-hand with our Scrum process.
