201 Leading Without Compromise
We see compromise taking place in many facets of our society today. From corporate boardrooms, politics, and professional sports, to the church pulpit and ministries whose platform was created from a "higher calling." Compromise is the nemeses to Consistent-Centric Leadership.

Most structurally sound buildings are girded by large structures called pillars. Webster defines a pillar as “a firm upright support for a superstructure; an upstanding member or part of; solid mass offering support." So too are the pillars that support and gird a Consistent-Centric leader. This quintessential leadership style is a superstructure within the world of leadership, supported by the utmost of noble qualities and behaviors serving as its pillars.
These pillars are to be practiced and upheld, never compromised or ignored. Consistent-Centric Leadership cannot be sustained if there is variance or vacillation from the core tenets found within its pillars. Deliberate focus, a resolute commitment, and a determined mindset is the formula for excellence.
